I am so happy you have written this, it is something I find wildly interesting! Plus your words flow seamlessly; you’ve found a gorgeous way to make this information digestible and a soothing reading experience! Always seeking more info on this subject so thanks again
Thank you so much—what a generous and affirming note. There’s something mesmerizing about how sound moves through us, both wave and whisper, science and spell. I’m deep in it lately, so if there’s a corner of the subject you’re curious about, I’d love to keep exploring.
I won’t look at sound the same way again, thanks! This really resonated for me and reads like poetry “The nervous system wants rhythm. It evolved in it. Maternal heartbeat. Ocean tide. The thrum of wind in trees. Sound is ancestral. Returning to it isn’t regression—it’s remembering”
Thank you! What a beautiful note. I think our bodies remember what the mind forgets: that rhythm is how we belong to the world. Sound is one of the oldest ways back.
If you’ve written something along these lines—or anything you think I’d love—I’d be honored to read it.
Nothing direct I’ve written on this yet, just started out on Substack in May. Rhythm, the law of 3 or 4 or 7 all are percolating in my mind for my novel right now. I completely agree about our body holding what our mind and heart may be unable to.
This is all so fascinating. Thank you!
So glad to see this - what a wonderful piece. Thank you. And thank you for the recommendation!
Thank you so much—your note means a lot. I’m glad it resonated, and I’m especially grateful for the connection.

Humming to raise my energy is something I do just to feel better. Now I understand why. This was a great read, thank you!!!
